These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through bluefintimepieces.dk. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products

Bluefin Timepieces sells watches and related accessories. All products are described as accurately as possible, including materials, dimensions, and specifications. Colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are displayed automatically in your local currency based on your location. The final price and currency are always shown clearly at checkout before payment. Bluefin Timepieces is VAT-registered in Denmark, and all prices include 25% Danish VAT for customers within the EU.
• For customers outside the EU, no Danish VAT is charged. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Accepted payment methods: Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and MobilePay.
• Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order and order confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — the agreement is only final once your order has shipped or you receive a separate confirmation of acceptance.

5. Shipping and delivery

• Estimated delivery times: 2–5 business days within Denmark, longer for international orders.1
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is delivered to the address provided at checkout.
• Bluefin Timepieces is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing on international orders.

6. Right of withdrawal (14-day return right)

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason (right of withdrawal under Danish and EU consumer protection law).

To exercise this right:

• Contact us at maximilianlh@icloud.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Return the item in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs, if applicable) within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been customized, personalized, or engraved at your request.

7. Warranty (reklamationsret)

Purchases are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), which provides a 24-month right to complain (reklamationsret) about defects that were present at the time of delivery. This is separate from any manufacturer's warranty and covers manufacturing defects — not normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.

If you believe your watch has a defect covered by this right, contact us at maximilianlh@icloud.com with your order number and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue.

8. Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product, please contact us directly first at maximilianlh@icloud.com so we can try to resolve it.

10. Force majeure

Bluefin Timepieces is not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in postal/shipping services.

11. Governing law

We always aim to resolve any issue directly and amicably — just reach out. These Terms of Service are governed by Danish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
